Verdict: true, and misread almost every time it is quoted. The number is real and third-party confirmed. What it measures is not what most readers assume.
What is actually confirmed
ClickBank, a payment network, has confirmed in writing that students of past programmes generated over $400 million in sales through that platform. One of the emails states $403 million.

Why it is still a strong data point
Because a payment network confirming a figure in writing has an interest in being accurate and no interest in flattering a seller. That is a different class of evidence from a screenshot, and screenshots are what this category usually offers.
Where it goes wrong
When it is read as "he made $400 million", or as anything about what a buyer might make. It is neither. Aggregate figures across thousands of people and many years say nothing about a median outcome, and the median is the number you would actually want.
The honest reading: a very large number of people have run these methods and some of them did extremely well. That establishes the programmes are real and non-trivial in scale. It establishes nothing about a typical result, and the vendor material carries its own earnings disclaimer saying so.
The verdict
True, third-party confirmed, and worth exactly what an aggregate figure is worth — which is evidence that the thing exists at scale, not evidence about you.
