On anything offering a "free download" of the paid course
There is no legitimate free copy of the programme. A page offering one is either collecting an email for something else or serving a file worth avoiding — and a course that runs on bundled online tooling would not function as a downloaded file anyway.
Why most of it is not a file
Because the tooling is the part that does the work and it runs online. That is also why it can be bundled rather than charged monthly, which is the single most unusual thing about how this is priced.
