The webinar, and whether it is enough on its own
The genuinely useful question about a free webinar is not what is in it. It is whether what is in it works without the thing being sold at the end. Sometimes it does. Here is how this one measures up.

Is the free one enough
Enough to start with, for someone who does not need anyone to tell them what to do next. The mechanism is not secret and the webinar explains it. What the free version cannot give you is somebody to ask when a fortnight of posting has produced comments and no sales — which is the point at which most people stop.
That is the honest line between them, and it is a line about you rather than about the content.
What happens on the call, in order
Teaching first, offer last. That is the structure of essentially every launch event of this kind and this one is not different. Knowing the shape in advance is useful because it tells you when you can stop paying full attention and start evaluating.
The teaching portion is where the value is, and it is front-loaded. The offer comes with a price, a payment plan and a stated close date rather than an invented countdown, which is worth noting because the alternative is far more common. Whether the deadline should move you is settled here.
