Four workshops, one that matters most
Four sessions is four evenings if you take them all, and most people cannot. Ranked by what you lose by missing them, they are not equal — and the ranking is not the order they run in.

Why the running order is not the priority order
The templates session runs second and ranks last here, and that is not a criticism of it. Reference material is exactly the sort of thing a recording serves well. A mechanism being explained for the first time, with questions from the room, is not.
If you can only attend one
The first. It is the only session that stands on its own, and it is the one where the Q&A is worth being present for, because the questions people ask about a new mechanism are usually the questions you have.
If you can attend two
The first, and then whichever one addresses your specific doubt. "What would I promote" points at session 3. "I am not a content person" points at session 4. Adding the templates session on top of those two adds the least.
The times, and who they suit
3pm and 8pm Eastern on both days. That is designed around North America, and everywhere else gets whatever falls out of it — a late evening in the UK and Europe, the small hours across Asia and Australia.
Which is the practical argument for picking one session rather than four. Two nights of broken sleep to watch reference material you could have paused is a poor trade; one night for the session that carries the mechanism is a reasonable one.
What the workshops are for, from the seller's side

That is not a hidden agenda, it is the published structure of the event, and knowing it lets you attend with the right posture: take the method, weigh the offer separately, and keep 24 September 2026, 11:59pm Pacific in mind as the actual deadline rather than anything said on the call.
