What the claim says, read precisely
That these tools were built for this method and are bundled here. That is almost certainly accurate — a purpose-built set fitted to one workflow is a normal thing for a course to ship.
What it does not say, and what readers hear
It does not say that generating scripts, posts, research, videos and images is otherwise impossible. Obviously it is not. A reader in a hurry hears "technology you cannot get elsewhere", and that is not the claim being made.

The honest framing is convenience and fit rather than exclusivity. For someone who does not want to assemble a stack, that convenience has real value and it is fair to charge for it.
Where this matters to the decision
If the tooling is the reason you are buying, adjust for what you would otherwise spend on equivalent subscriptions and then judge the remaining gap against the training. If the training is the reason, the tooling is a bonus and the exclusivity claim does not need to carry any weight.
