None of those is a stretch. They describe the affiliate model accurately, and the comment-led version of it accurately.
What the list leaves out
Automation tooling, at roughly $15 a month. The method depends on a message being sent automatically when somebody comments, and that runs through an official platform partner. The published material names the cost; the email list of "things you do not need" does not mention that you do need this.
It is a small number and it does not undermine the claim. It is still an omission, and a list of everything you do not need is exactly the place a reader would expect the one thing you do need to appear.
The other unlisted requirement
An account on a platform, in reasonable standing, that you are willing to post on regularly. Obvious, but worth saying because "no website" sometimes gets read as "no presence anywhere", and the method is entirely presence-dependent.
Against what the alternatives require
A content-site route needs hosting, a domain and months. A paid-traffic route needs a budget you can afford to lose while learning. Measured against either, the entry cost here genuinely is lower, which is the substantive point the claim is making.
The verdict
Accurate on every item it lists. Docked for an omission rather than for a falsehood: budget the monthly tooling cost before deciding, because nobody in the sequence will mention it to you.
